Q1. Can I return a product ?

 Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The issue is reported within 7 to 15 days of delivery.
✅ The claim is supported with an unboxing video and clear photos.
✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Size or fit issues, or change of mind
❌ Minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings

Once your return is approved and the item is received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Q2. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method in the following cases:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported within 7–15 days of delivery.
• The claim is supported with an unboxing video and clear photos.
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

For all approved cases, once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed promptly.


Q4. Do you accept cancellations?

Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps within 24 hours of placing it:

 • Keep your order number handy
• Contact us via email at taravya925@gmail.com or call us at 9911511813

After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as every piece is specially crafted and packed with care for you.


Q5. How do I raise a return request?

Email us at taravya925@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @taravya.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Unboxing video and product photos
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.


We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the product does not meet the criteria above.
